Waitakere Ranges:

The Waitakere Ranges Regional Park and the internationally renowned and prolific art community it inspires make Waitakere a special place to visit.  These drawcards provide a backdrop to all the accommodation, activities, cafes, vineyards and shopping you would expect from an urban centre.

The park offers an abundance of recreational activities including swimming, surfing, tramping, fishing, boating, horse riding, running, walking, picnicking, camping, canyoning, sightseeing or simple relaxing.

10:00-12:00 p.m. Canyoning adventure
12:00-01:30 p.m. Lunch at the Packing Shed Gallery and Cafe
01:30-02:00 p.m. Travel to Crystal Mountain
02:00-03:30 p.m. Tour at Crystal Mountain
03:30-04:00 p.m. Leave Crystal Mountain and head on to next destination
04:00-05:00 p.m. Horse back riding at the Kiwi Valley Equestrian Centre
05:00-06:00 p.m. Tour at theTitirangi Farmers Market
06:00-08:00 p.m. Dinner at the "The Lone Star Cafe and Bar"
08:00-09:30 p.m. Shop at Westfield WestCity
09:30 p.m. Return to hotel
